Fall 2023:
- August 28: Fall semester kicks off.
- September 4: No classes on Labor Day.
- September 5: Last day to file petitions for course credit by examination (Undergrads only).
- September 11: Last day for course add/drop without extra signatures.
- September 18: Deadline for students to make up incomplete or absence grades.
- September 19-25: Examinations for course credit by examination.
- September 22: Apply for graduation and submit final plan of study for Fall 2023 degree.
- September 26: Dean’s signature needed for course add.
- October 6-20: Mid-semester grading period.
- October 23: Registration for Winter 2024 and Spring 2024 semester begins.
- November 13: Last day to withdraw from a course or change grading options.
- November 19-25: Thanksgiving Recess.
- December 8: Last day of fall semester classes.
- December 11-17: Final exams.
- December 17: Fall 2023 degree conferral.
Spring 2024:
- January 16: Spring semester begins.
- January 22: Last day to file petitions for course credit by examination (Undergrads only).

- March 1: Apply for Summer 2024 graduation.
- March 10-16: Spring Recess.
- March 18: Registration for Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 semester begins.

- April 19: Last day for Master’s and Doctoral candidates to submit final thesis and dissertation.
- April 26: Last day of spring semester classes.
- April 29-May 4: Final exams.
- May 4-6: Commencement ceremonies.
- May 5: Spring 2024 degree conferral.
Summer 2024:
- June 7: Apply for graduation and submit final plan of study for Summer 2024 degree.
- August 9: Last day for Master’s and Doctoral candidates to submit final thesis and dissertation.
- August 24: Summer 2024 degree conferral.
- September 6: Last day for Degree Audit to receive approved Plan B and Sixth-Year Certificate Master’s Report on the Final Exam.
